This weekend I came to the realization that I have a weight problem. I'm too fat to take my shirt off in public. I'm also not fat enough to take my shirt off in public. 

This type of problem is becoming a common theme. Despite efforts to avoid it I continue to find myself in a middle ground where despite my best efforts, nothing is being accomplished.
